Coach matt

REZ Owner/Director

Hitting•Catching•Fielding

Coach Matt started REZ Sports with a vision of youth sports training being refocused on the athlete instead of the organization. He found his purpose by using his experience of 14 years playing baseball and 18 years coaching/training baseball and softball athletes. In 2021, he decided it was time to bring together other passionate coaches and trainers to benefit youth athletes.

Coach Matt uses his experience to create custom training sessions that encompasses skills, strength, and the ability to make in-game adjustments as needed. During training, he believes in teaching techniques that will not only help young athletes in their sport, but also through the rest of their lives.
